If you are asking someone to “be mine” this Valentine’s Day, they will for sure say yes with this smoothie!
The color from this beautiful smoothie is 100% from the frozen dragonfruit. Most heath food stores carry it, along with Whole Foods. They are in individual packets which are perfect for a single smoothie.
I took some inspiration from my beer drinking and created this smoothie. I used coconut milk as the base, and added some tropical flavors from the pineapple, a little cinnamon for balance and it was perfect. I prefer to let the fruit sweeten the smoothie, but taste it and add a tablespoon of honey or sugar to your preference.
I love the habit I’ve gotten in of drinking a smoothie every morning after my workout and then my coffee in the afternoon. What’s your favorite smoothie? Anything new I should try?

- 1 cup of Coconut Milk
- 1 cup of Pineapple Chunks, frozen
- ¼ cup of Cauliflower Florets, frozen
- 1 package of frozen Dragon Fruit, 3.5 oz.
- ¼ teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of Flax Seeds
- 1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon of Hemp Seeds
- Place everything in a high-power blender and blend until smooth.
