This brownies are super easy to make. You make them in one large bowl and then pour into a pan covered in parchment paper. Are you picking up what I am putting down? You only have one bowl to clean. If that isn’t reason enough to make these, I don’t know what is. These are unfortunately and fortunately enough, depending on how you look at is, the easiest and most delicious brownies.
Ingredients: 12 tablespoons of Butter (1 1/2 sticks) 2 1/4 cups of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, divided 2 cups of Sugar 4 Eggs, large 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract 1 cup of Flour, all-purpose 1/4 teaspoon of Salt 3/4 cup of Pecans, divided, chopped 1 jar of Caramel Sauce, 12-15 oz. ~30 Tiny Twist Pretzels
First, pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper, then sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Now, in a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and 1 cup of the chocolate chips on high, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted.
Next, stir the sugar into the melted chocolate, and then the eggs, one at a time until completely combined. Stir in the vanilla, flour, and salt, until just combined. Finally, stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of pecans.
Pour the brownie mixture into the pan and bake for 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Immediately top the brownies with the caramel sauce, then the remaining 1/4 cups of pecans and chocolate chips, and finally the pretzels. Press each pretzel down slightly with your finger to adhere to the caramel.
Place in the refrigerator to cool and then slice when firm (about 1 hr) or remove parchment paper from the pan and slice immediately; be prepared for ooey-gooey warm caramel brownies.
